Tbh, I think it's kinda lame that Oliver let one person get to him, but I know there were more complications behind the scenes. "House nigger" is just a spiderbite that reminded him of some trauma (not my words), and he felt choked out by some of the negativity. I know a girl who was very upset to see him go. Think about it! Someone like Zoe or Anita is running late for their flight to a really important UN meeting about people being rude on the internet. During the short cab ride from the 5-star hotel to the airport they're fidgeting in their seat and checking their watch every five seconds. The friendly cab driver tries to help them relax, but they have no time to deal with his misogyny so they call him a shitlord and ignore him. A sexist traffic light delays them further, but for all intents and purposes it looks like they're going to make it just barely in time. They check-in and hurry to the terminal. The plane stands by on the runway in the distance. It reads "Vivian James". Oh no! Triggered! That night the news reports about a UN meeting that was cancelled because an important speaker missed their flight after having an anxiety attack. The internet is safe from censorship, at least a little while longer.

I've donated to about nine Kickstarters - Under the Dog, The Red Pill, etc. - and thankfully, only one of them announced a delay in their promised rewards. Because I don't have a large disposable income, I'm a lot more selective with the projects I back. I understand the scepticism with the model, though.
